Josh is a personal trainer that helps build confidence and lasting results through enjoyable training. 

Specialising in boxing fitness, calisthenics, and high-intensity weight training, he combines functional movement with focused, high-energy sessions to help clients move better, get leaner, and feel more capable in their day to day lives. 

Josh works with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced gym-goers. Every session is tailored to individual goals, making sure progress feels achievable and training stays fun and challenging.
